Zuku, a Wananchi Group is redeeming itself by introducing a new home advanced package that promises users fast, reliable and unlimited internet, high-quality TV and internet telephone.
It was officially announced yesterday. According to TechMoran the packages is seen as a move to lure users back after receiving criticism of poor customer service and slower speeds compared to those they paid for.
The new Home Advanced packages are as follows:
- Home Basic offers 20 Mbps unlimited high-speed internet, 61+ TV channels and free Zuku to Zuku calls at Ksh. 4,499.
- Home Preferred offers 50 Mbps unlimited high-speed internet, 61+ TV channels and free Zuku to Zuku calls at Ksh. 5,699.
- Home Premium offers 100 Mbps unlimited high-speed internet, 61+ TV channels and free Zuku to Zuku calls at Ksh. 9,999.
- Home Advanced offers 250 Mbps unlimited high-speed internet, 106+ TV channels and free Zuku to Zuku calls at Ksh. 19,999.
