We often presume or feel we are healthy due to absence of sickness and diseases. Good health relates to good positive feeling.
Good health breeds positive aura of energy, mental strength, good lifestyle, feeling of love, harmony and happiness.
The foundations of one’s happiness is down to health. It is the groundwork of happiness. When positive health resonates around you, boredom, poverty and loneliness takes cover.
Like Mahatma Ghandi rightly put it “It is health that is real wealth”
It is imperative we oil our human system to function effectively. Forget all the excuses. Create that timetable. Don’t cover up with medications. Just let that body work. Start today, do it again tomorrow, before long you are into it. It’s not easy, no one said it was going to be. Never forget to eat healthy as well.

Channel your emotional stress into physical fitness. Science has it that exercise and other physical activity produce endorphins, chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers and also improve the ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress.
So my friend Jog it off. Jumping Jack it away and sweat it out. Exercise refreshes you. It reset your whole system. Makes you feel new.

We owe ourselves our health. No medicine is better than the ones we create. God’s doctrine of man tilling before eating is no punishment but to help man in a way to exercise. Luxury should not be our death but our energizer to longevity and happiness.
