The renowned Canadian rapper, Drake to appear in the return of the British TV series known as “Top Boy”. The series that aims at providing insight of the life in London estates and how drugs affect people living in the London estates.
Season 1 was set on a fictional Summerhouse housing in Hackney , East London and it was being broadcasted on Channel 4, a British public service television broadcaster. Both Season 1 and Season 2 were also aired by Channel 4. After the last series in 2013 it is said that the gangland TV drama was about to get canned. Drake came in to buy its rights and he is to play a greater role in the upcoming series.
Another good thing about this season’s “Top Boy” is that it will be available on Netflix in 2018 though the specific date has not been given out.
