Martin Neilmoller, a protestant priest in Hitler’s Nazi Germany, after realizing the folly of thinking he was safe simply because he was on the ‘right’ side, only to find himself in a concentration camp, wrote this poem;
First, they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

This is the only country where the old never get to retire, because they are the owners of the state. Millions of educated youths remain unemployed, while our grandparents are being appointed to the top government “youth” jobs even at their dying ages.
This is the only country, where the ordinary citizen is dying of hunger due to high tax rates imposed on ordinary goods and services, while the leaders they elected are jollily passing bills to boost their salaries and allowances.
This is the only country, where justice is only served for the “owners “of the state but ordinary citizens like me and you are faulty sent behind bars or killed and the murders still walk free on our streets just like they have done nothing.
This is the only country, where constitution only belong to the rich.
When our Nation bleeds, all of us bleed!
