The University of Nairobi students can finally enjoy streaming and other internet intensive stuff. This is after KENET, the University of Nairobi ISP restore the internet bandwidth that was lost due to the SEACOM undersea fibre cut.
The fiber cut happened on April 8, 2017, affecting the internet speeds.
According to an email from the university, dated April 10, 2017 the interruptions didn’t affect Google, YouTube, Yahoo and Gmail in a significant way.
