Prinsloo 7s champions KCB sneaked to Sepetuka 7s quarters after beating Mwamba RFC 20-15 in the last pool match on Saturday to book a quarterfinal meeting with Kabras sugar.Kabras topped pool D after wins over Makueni, Western Bulls and Strathmore Leos.
Bulls were the surprise package of the day finishing second in Pool D after beating Strathmore and Makueni to book Impala Saracens who won all their three matches.
Hosts Homeboyz sailed to quarters after topping pool C and will play Top Fry Nakuru who finished second in pool B.
In the challenge trophy, Mwamba RFC dropped to the competition after the last minute loss to KCB to play Makueni RFC, Mean Machine takes on Nondies, Strathmore pair Catholic Monks and Blak Blad take on MKU Thika.
