Charles Ragira, brother to the murdered former UoN student leader Samuel Ragira says he learnt of his brothers death through very unclear circumstances, Charles says he was at work when he recieved a call from his younger brother informing him of the incident.
Speaking to citizen TV on Friday, charles described his brother as a courageous man who always fought for the rights of the people who were beiing opressed which might haveed to his death.

This is linked to claims that charles was helping solve issues with traders at club 36 market who were being terrorized by goons charging them for the stalls set up for business.
Charles says that the reports the family is recieving is that Samuel Rigara was shot by people who drove to club 36 in a car.
He was taken to the university of Nairobi clinic where he was pronounced dead, and then the body taken to kileleshwa police station and then to the City Mortuary where the body is currently being held.
He added that they have not recieved information from the authorities and that they are still waiting for a detailed report on what happened to Samuel Ragira alias OCS Ragira.
